Step One
Concept
Tell us what you envision or your dream for your home project, and we will carefully listen. The concept stage outlines the specifications, features, and requirements from the client to create the original work approved and expected. The content of the concept stage includes developed design sketches, mood boards, color palettes, modeling, draft boards, and more to capture the key design aspirations. We will introduce materials, past work examples, illustrations, and 3D renderings to assist in identifying the finished renovation or build.
Step Two
Development
Our development stage builds upon the concept stage to refine the final details of the home design or build. We present the developed details, specifications, drawings, illustrations, renderings, and materials meticulously and methodically schedule the plan from start to completion. In this stage, the overall design is finalized through a carefully mapped step by step process. EDR truly shines in this area, assuring the client 100% the objectives and goals will be achieved in a timely manner.
Step Three
Delivery
EDR’s team of Designers and Draftsman joined together with our trusted partners and carefully selected artisans and suppliers go to work following the design developed and approved plan. The design process follows the entire project to completion, and is regularly checked by the same designers to ensure compliance to the design and developed plan. Quality assurance is measured daily to the hour with all suppliers and partnerships, confirming no deviation occurs is vulnerable. EDR’s quality control and management team is outstanding throughout design delivery.
Step Four
Completion
EDR’s skilled design team will oversee the transformation of the home by bringing the design to life, coordinating, curating, and supervising a wide spectrum of all master trades involved in the renovation and build. Comprehensive and meticulous snagging will be undertaken to ensure the highest quality and workmanship is delivered. Once complete, the home design and build is ready for completion and presentation right down to bouquets of fresh cut flowers. Our work is not complete until the client is joyous happy and approved the work.
