Our estimating process is very accurate and allows our team the ability to give you an “in-person estimate”. If a formal estimate is desired, we require a deposit toward design work,

Yes. We can take your plans and design from start to finish. Our team of designers and draftsman are all in-house.

Our team understands how important it is for a design to be buildable, functional, and beautiful. Our designers are highly skilled and plans are far more detailed than a traditional set of plans. This allows both any client and builder to avoid mistakes and often very costly “building methods”. As builders and Designers, we know what looks good and how it can be built for less.

Yes, additional fees may be involved depending on what is required, and the time or meetings involved with HOAs or City/jurisdiction reviews.

Depending on the jurisdiction and project size, this can vary. Our team’s turn around for corrections is typically 3-4 days assuming no engineering or redesign is needed.

Yes, our minimum is based on project type. We invest a lot of time and preparation to deliver a quality product. We use high grade material and our quality sets us apart which is why we won’t be able to compete with your local handyman or unlicensed contractor. To give an example: Small Bathrooms start at $20,000, Outdoor remodels start at $30,000, Small kitchens start at $45,000, Small additions start at $50,000, Junior ADUs /Garage conversions start at $80,000, ADUS start at $120,000.

Depending on the level of design work involved, this price can vary. An entry level project will require a minimum deposit of $1,000

Once permits have been pulled and or the deposit is received, we will schedule your project to have an anticipated 2-3 week start date. Keep in mind, plans and design work may happen right away but is the first step to your project and may take several weeks if the project is complex or longer if permits are required.

We can design and build any residential project you can envision.

We require a minimal deposit as a retainer to begin designing and providing a formal estimate. Once a design is finalized and the estimate is approved, we will begin the Planning and permitting process. Once the project is ready to commence construction, we meet with you for a 3rd time to confirm everything is in order, mark the jobsite and begin working while maintaining communication through group messaging and a client portal.
